Enjoy discounts off select whiskeys! We love our whiskey at Mosaic and invite you to try something new. Each Wednesday we will feature different selections. - $2 off neat/rocks OR $3 off if mixing in a classic cocktail (unless otherwise noted).
Rye Whiskey
Today we are featuring some of our favorite rye whiskeys. In order for a whiskey to be considered a rye, the mash bill must have at least 51% rye.
Rittenhouse Rye
Rittenhouse Rye is named after Philadelphia’s famous Rittenhouse Square. It is a quintessential rye whiskey with a balanced blend of anise, dill, honey, oak, spice, bread, and fruit. It is bottled in bond which means it must be the product of a single distiller in a single season and aged for a minimum of 4 years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at 50% ABV.

Sagamore Rye
Sagamore is located on a 5 acre waterfront plot in the city of Baltimore and focus on local Maryland agriculture continuing to expand its ability to produce increasing amounts of its grain in its home state.

Michter’s Rye
According to Pennsylvania historical lore, this particular rye whiskey was so valued that when the Revolutionary War broke out, general George Washington visited the distillery and purchased whiskey to fortify his men as they hunkered down in their camp through the winter at Valley Forge.

Coppersea Excelsior Straight Rye
Coppersea is located in New Palts, NY and is a true “grain-to-glass” farm distillery, operating an organic 75-acre farm. They use only heirloom varietals of rye, corn, and barley from our own and select Hudson Valley farms. Excelsior comes from New York’s motto meaning “Ever upward”.
